DIGITAL AND PRINT MEDIA LICENSING AGREEMENT

By accessing, downloading, or utilizing these files, you acknowledge and reaffirm your agreement to the terms established at the time of purchase. This document serves as a record of your binding agreement with Ricardo Stevens Music.

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Ricardo Stevens Music has granted to the purchasing organization or entity ("Licensee") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to generate physical (photocopied) and digital reproductions of the purchased musical works ("the Work"). Digital and physical reproductions are authorized strictly for internal distribution to the Licensee's active members for rehearsal and performance purposes.

Strict adherence to the following stipulations is required. Any breach of these terms constitutes copyright infringement and may result in immediate termination of this license and legal action by Ricardo Stevens Music under applicable United States and international copyright laws.

Intellectual Property and Retention of Rights: All copyrights, title, and interest in and to the musical composition remain the exclusive property of Ricardo Stevens Music. This Agreement constitutes a license for limited use, not a transfer or sale of ownership. Ricardo Stevens Music reserves the right to revoke this license immediately upon any breach of terms by the Licensee.

Prohibition on Derivative Works: Any creation of derivative works, including but not limited to custom arrangements or adaptations for alternate ensembles (e.g., marching band, specialized chamber groups), is strictly prohibited absent a separate, explicitly executed licensing agreement. Please contact our licensing department for such requests.

Non-Transferability and Third-Party Restrictions: This license is granted exclusively to the purchasing Licensee. The Work, whether in whole or in part, may not be distributed, shared, sublicensed, gifted, or otherwise transmitted to any third party, including but not limited to affiliated schools, sister organizations, or unaffiliated individuals.

Scope of Permitted Use: The Licensee is authorized to distribute copies of the Work exclusively to its current, active roster of performers. Public distribution, commercial resale, peer-to-peer file sharing, and uploading the Work to public or unsecured digital platforms (such as social media, public forums, or shared cloud drives) are expressly prohibited.

Your download and continued use of these files serves as your ongoing acknowledgment and binding acceptance of this Agreement.
